在2英寸脉冲筛板柱中,根据钍铀低去污循环流程所要求的工艺条件,分别测定了共去污加盐段、共去污萃取段、共去污洗涤段、钍反萃段、钍反萃洗涤段、铀反萃段等6种工况的脉冲筛板柱水相及有机相稳态浓度剖面和水相出口浓度随时间变化曲线,并利用平衡分配数据模型,计算了所有条件下的H~+、Th、U的理论级当量高度(HETS)值及真实传质单元高度(HTU)值。结果表明,各工艺要求组分的HETS值均小于或接近于1m,证明此流程在工程上是可行的,工艺参数是较优的。
