角膜疾患是临床常见病之一,它的转归往往给角膜遗留不同程度的混浊。目前仍为致盲的主要原因。过去曾试用各种药物治疗都不理想。我院自一九七八年以来采用0.05%α糜蛋白酶溶液点眼治疗角膜混浊收到了一定的效果。根据我们随访观察的38人55只眼的治疗结果:总有效率达87.27%;其中显效(视力提高3行以上)26只眼;有效(视力提高1—3行者)22只眼;无效7只眼。溶液配制方法及用法:取注射用α糜蛋白酶1支(5mg)倒入眼药瓶内,加
