为改善塑料制品的阻燃性能,本文首次介绍了采用均相沉淀法,制备了不同形貌的新型无机阻燃剂纳米三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA),并对其进行表面改性研究,得到了分散性较好的亲油纳米MCA。同时,借助EDS,XRD,FESEM,FTIR,TGA等手段,分析了改性后纳米MCA的结构、形貌和热稳定性,得出该方法可行的结论,为新型纳米MCA的制备提供基础实验数据,以期得到更广范的生产和应用。
In order to improve the flame retardancy of plastic products, a novel inorganic flame retardant nano-melamine cyanurate (MCA) with different morphologies was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method and its surface modification was studied. Dispersible better lipophilic nano-MCA. At the same time, the structure, morphology and thermal stability of modified MCA were analyzed by means of EDS, XRD, FESEM, FTIR and TGA, and the feasible conclusions of this method were obtained. The results provide the basic experimental data for the preparation of novel nano MCA , In order to get more extensive production and application.
