在滑动轴承轴瓦的锡基巴氏合金离心浇铸层表面进行了激光重熔试验,利用金相显微镜、能谱仪和布氏硬度计等检测了重熔层的组织和硬度。通过与离心浇铸试样的比较,表明通过激光重熔,可消除离心浇铸巴氏合金的化合物粗大、偏析和气孔等缺陷;激光重熔层组织为锡基固溶体及弥散分布的Sn Sb、Cu6Sn5粒子;激光重熔层的平均硬度比离心浇铸试样提高25%。离心浇铸巴氏合金在经过激光快速重熔后,其金相质量和性能提高,有利于提高滑动轴承的使用寿命,在滑动轴承制造中具有巨大的推广应用价值。
The laser remelting test was carried out on the surface of the spin-on bearing base of tin-base Babbit alloy. The microstructure and hardness of the remelted layer were examined by metallographic microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer and Brinell hardness tester. The results show that the laser remelting can eliminate the defects such as coarseness, segregation and porosity of the pasteurized Centrifugal-Cast Babbitt. The laser remelt is composed of Sn-based solid solution and dispersed Sn Sb and Cu6Sn5 particles The average hardness of the laser remelted layer increased by 25% compared to the centrifugal cast sample. The centrifugal casting of babbitt after laser rapid remelting, the metallurgical quality and performance improvement, help to improve the service life of plain bearings, sliding bearings in the manufacture of a huge promotion and application value.
