本文报告两例全血细胞减少而骨髓增生正常或过度增生的病例。讨论了此症与急性再生障碍性贫血和急性造血功能停滞的鉴别。本病的治疗与急性再障的治疗相同。预后似比再障好。
This article reports two cases of pancytopenia and myeloproliferative normal or hyperplastic cases. Discussed the disease and acute aplastic anemia and acute hematopoietic dysfunction identification. The treatment of this disease and acute aplastic anemia treatment the same. Prognosis is better than aplastic anemia.
