我国于1990年颁布了《学校卫生工作条例》,使学校卫生工作纳入了法制化管理[1]。在我国,作为学校卫生服务的对象,儿童少年的健康成长关系到民族未来和国家发展,全社会应高度重视并且充分认识到学校卫生工作的重要性。校医队伍是开展学校卫生保健工作的重要力量,不仅担负着学生疾病的基本诊疗工作,而且在疾病防治、卫生教育方面发挥着重要的作用。校医队伍的配置状况一定程度上决定着儿童青少年卫生保健的水平,并影响初级卫生保健工作的开展[2]。为此,开展中小学校医及卫生室配置现况调查,为调整卫生资源和制定相关卫生政策、卫生标准提供科学依据。

In our country, as the target of school health service, the healthy growth of children and adolescents is related to the future development of the nation and the development of the country. The whole society should attach great importance to it and fully recognize the importance of school health work. School team is an important force in carrying out school health care. It not only undertakes the basic diagnosis and treatment of student illness, but also plays an important role in disease prevention and education and health education. The allocation of school medical teams to a certain extent determines the level of child and adolescent health care, and affect the implementation of primary health care [2]. To this end, to carry out primary and secondary school health and the allocation of health survey, in order to adjust the health resources and to develop relevant health policies, health standards to provide a scientific basis.
