应用流式细胞术对80 例喉癌前病变细胞中的DNA 含量进行定量检测。结果显示,29 例I级不典型增生中出现DNA异倍体1 例,30 例Ⅱ级不典型增生中出现DNA 异倍体2 例,21 例Ⅲ级不典型增生中出现DNA 异倍体11 例。提示喉癌前病变的DNA 异倍体率随不典型增生病变的分级增高而增加,不典型增生程度越高,癌变率越高,提示DNA 异倍体可能是喉癌变早期的分子标志物。
Flow cytometry was used to detect the DNA content in 80 cases of laryngeal precancerous lesions. The results showed that 1 case of DNA aneuploidy occurred in 29 cases of grade 1 dysplasia, 2 cases of DNA aneuploidy in 30 cases of grade Ⅱ dysplasia, and 11 cases of DNA aneuploidy in 21 cases of grade Ⅲ dysplasia . Prompted the pre-laryngeal lesion DNA aneuploidy rate with atypical hyperplasia lesions increased grade increased atypical hyperplasia, the higher the rate of cancer, suggesting that DNA aneuploidy may be the early laryngeal cancer molecular markers.
