近年来,传销活动在沉寂许久后,死灰复燃,与之相伴随的传销型非法拘禁案件频发。当前,在审查起诉工作中,传销型非法拘禁类案件不仅案件数量大,且办案过程中存在极大的困难,本文将从传销型非法拘禁罪的案件特点、面临困难出发,提出了解决方案,力求在公诉工作中,彻底解决传销型非法拘禁罪办案难的问题。
