目的研究合肥市职业病危害监测预警和中毒应急控制工作平台的建立与应用状况,为提高职业病监测质量和中毒应急处置能力提供依据。方法收集合肥市职业病危害监测和中毒预警系统的建立与应用相关资料进行分析。结果调查的575家企业,职业病危害因素类别多达165种,职业卫生管理薄弱,职业病发病和中毒事件明显高发;合肥市建立的职业病监测和中毒预警系统,制定的职业中毒应急预案和技术处置方案,经日常职业病监测和中毒应急实践的检验,表明是有效的。结论合肥市职业病危害监测和中毒预警系统的建立和运用,提高了职业病监测质量,达到化学物中毒危机主动出击的能力,有效控制和缓和中毒事件的影响,提高了公共卫生事件管理能力。
Objective To study the establishment and application of monitoring and early warning of occupational disease hazards and emergency control work platform for poisoning in Hefei and to provide evidences for improving the quality of occupational disease monitoring and emergency treatment. Methods The data collection and application of occupational hazards monitoring and poisoning early warning system in Hefei were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 575 enterprises surveyed included as many as 165 kinds of occupational hazards as a result of which occupational health management was weak and the incidence of occupational diseases and poisoning accidents were significantly high. Occupational disease monitoring and poisoning early warning system, contingency plan and technical solution for occupational poisoning , The routine occupational disease monitoring and poisoning emergency practice test, that is effective. Conclusion The establishment and application of occupational hazards monitoring and poisoning early warning system in Hefei City have improved the quality of occupational disease monitoring and the ability to take the initiative to attack the chemical poisoning crisis, effectively controlled and mitigated the poisoning incidents, and improved the capacity of public health incident management.
