幼儿时期是孩子智力、情感、个性和社会发展的关键时期,这个期间的幼儿容易受外界情绪感染、好动喜欢模仿、积极向上,因此表扬成为了幼儿教师最常用的鼓励幼儿进步的手段之一。表扬是一门艺术,在幼儿园教学过程中,我们作为幼教工作者如何运用好这一门艺术而达到最好的教育效果呢?本文结合幼儿园教学实践,针对表扬教育在幼儿成长过程中的意义和运用谈一些个人的看法。
