当前的初中数学教学面临的问题很多,如这样的一个现象:小学阶段学生之间的数学学业水平离差值不大,但到了初中后两极分化现象越来越明显,且差距越来越大,等等。面对诸多的问题,作为教师首先应该反思自己的导学行为。其实,教师反思了自己才能更好的促进自己专业成长,促使自己不断更新理念改进教学艺术,与此同时才能更好的提升学生数学素养,这是一剂良方。那到底怎么反思自己的导学行为呢?笔者现谈谈粗浅认识。

In fact, teachers reflect on their own to better promote their professional growth, prompting them to constantly update their philosophy to improve the teaching of art, at the same time to better enhance students’ mathematical literacy, which is a recipe. In the end how to reflect on their own conduct? I now talk about superficial understanding.
