采用问卷调查法,对当前大学生体育选项课选项心理进行了调查研究,并提出了相应的对策,对于实现体育选项课的目的,提高体育选项课的教学质量,有着深远的历史意义。
By questionnaire, this paper investigates and studies the psychology of college students’ PE options and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. It has far - reaching historical significance for the purpose of PE Elective Courses and the improvement of teaching quality of PE Elective Courses.
