日前,黑龙江省政府办公厅下发通知,加快推进全省城市地下综合管廊建设。按照要求,各城市要抓紧组织编制城市地下综合管廊工程建设专项规划,规划期限原则上与城市总体规划相一致。各市县要于今年年底前完成规划编制。根据通知,规划要预留和控制地下空间,合理划定建设区域和管廊空间位置、配套设施用地等三维控制线,确定建设规模和时序,并兼顾城市新区和老旧城区。新区管廊规划要与新区规划同步编制,老旧城区管廊规划要结合棚户区改造等进行编制。
Recently, the Heilongjiang Provincial Government Office issued a circular to speed up the construction of the city’s underground underground pipe complex. Planning of the new district of pipelines should be synchronized with the planning of the new district, the planning of the old urban pipe gallery should be combined with the reconstruction of shanty towns.
