【目的】为实现科技期刊自建网站的网络期刊发布,以适应网络出版的发展趋势,提升期刊影响力。【方法】以《高压物理学报》为例,针对期刊原始数据的特点,提出了基于网刊发布系统Journal Online 2.0,结合ABBYY FineReader的OCR文字识别功能、Photoshop的批处理功能以及Microsoft Office Word宏工具的网刊制作方法。【结果】从摘要、全文、图表、首页预览图、参考文献等方面,详细介绍了制作方法的过程和要点。【结论】该制作方法简单,易于掌握和操作,无需额外经费支出,对于人员和经费有限、未开展或未深入开展网络期刊工作的期刊编辑部具有一定的借鉴作用。
【Objective】 In order to realize the publication of online periodicals of self-built websites of sci-tech periodicals, in order to adapt to the development trend of online publication and enhance the influence of periodicals. [Method] Taking “Journal of High Pressure Physics” as an example, aiming at the characteristics of journal original data, this paper proposes a new method based on Journal Online 2.0, combining OCR character recognition function of ABBYY FineReader, Photoshop batch processing function and Microsoft Office Word macro tool Online magazine production methods. 【Result】 The process and main points of the production method are introduced in detail in the aspects of abstract, full text, chart, homepage preview, reference and so on. 【Conclusion】 The production method is simple, easy to grasp and operate without extra expenditure, which is of reference for the editorial department of journal editors who have limited funds and have not carried out the work of online periodicals or not.
