解放思想与思维创新皆建立于实事求是的基础之上 ,其目标具有一致性。但解放思想重在“破” ,而思维创新重在“立” ,前者是后者的先决条件 ,后者是前者的直接结果。只有在解放思想的前提下创新思维 ,才能有效地推动思维的发展 ,达到真正的思想解放。在创新的社会环境条件下 ,思维创新当为一切创新之基础 ,应关注理论创新和技术创新 ,高扬创新意识和创新精神 ,增强创新能力 ,加强创新人才的培育 ,形成良好的创新氛围。
Emancipation of the mind and thinking of innovation are founded on the basis of seeking truth from facts, and its objectives are consistent. However, emancipating the mind focuses on “breaking” and thinking innovation focuses on “establishing”. The former is the prerequisite for the latter and the latter is the direct result of the former. Only by innovating thinking on the premise of emancipating the mind can we effectively promote the development of thinking and achieve a true emancipation of mind. Under the condition of an innovative social environment, thinking innovation should be the foundation of all innovations. We should pay attention to theoretical innovation and technological innovation, promote innovative consciousness and innovative spirit, enhance innovation capability, strengthen cultivation of creative talents and create a good atmosphere for innovation.
