上海读者吴硕望、内蒙古读者林翔分别来函询问,本刊今年第14期《国旗的意义》一文中说西班牙、奥地利、埃及等国的国旗均有鹰的标志,但他们查对有关书籍发现西、奥两国国旗并无鹰,不知何故。作者吴德广答复如下: 西班牙国旗有两种,一种带国徽, 国徽图案中有鹰的标志;另一种不带国徽。一般场合可用不带国徽的国旗,带国徽的国旗用于机场仪式、国王下榻处、汽车、宴会等。1978年西班牙国王和王后访华时,首都机场和国宴等场合均用带国徽的国旗。奥地利的国旗也是如此。有一种是带国徽
