各位代表:在黑龙江省图书馆学会第四次代表大会召开之际,我受理事会的委托,向大会报告三年来的工作,请代表们予以审议。黑龙江省图书馆学会第三届理事会从1986年12月12日选举产生,至今已近二年半了。这段时间.正是我们伟大的祖国实行改革开放政策开创社会主义建设新局面的重要历史时期。在改革浪潮的推动下,省学会认真贯彻党的各项方针政策,在省文管会、省科协、省社联的领导下,通过全体理事和广大会员的共同努力,积极开展各项活动,取得了可喜的成绩。在1986年和1987年分别被省社科联和省科协授予“优秀学会”和“先进学会”称号;1988年学会会刊《黑龙江图书馆》又被省科协授予优秀期刊称号。
Distinguished Delegates: On the occasion of the convening of the Fourth Congress of the Library Society of Heilongjiang Province, I was entrusted by the council to report to the Assembly on the work for the past three years and asked the deputies to consider it. In 1986 and 1987, respectively, by the provincial social science federation and the provincial Association for science and technology awarded the “outstanding society” and “Advanced Society” title; 1988 Association Journal “Heilongjiang Library” was awarded the title of outstanding journals Association.
