腐败已遍及我们社会的各个部门,在一些国家,这个现象更为盛行或更明显。但在当今的商业环境下,地区性腐败会间接造成国际影响。腐败已受到全世界的较多关注。 腐败对我们社会的影响不能被忽视。它增加了商业的风险和成本,损害了投资者的信心,阻碍了经济发展,降低了国家的信用度。它使各职业和商业的诚信度受到怀疑,使政府和管理者失去了可信性,并削弱了法律和秩序的力度。在这种情况下,公众的信心不可避免地受到损害,社会苦难——特别是在发展中和新兴经济体中——会成为不可避免的结果。
Corruption has spread to all sectors of our society, and in some countries this phenomenon is more prevalent or more obvious. But in today’s business climate, regional corruption can indirectly have an international impact. Corruption has received more attention from around the world. The impact of corruption on our society can not be ignored. It increases the risks and costs of business, undermines investor confidence, discourages economic growth and reduces the country’s creditworthiness. It casts doubt on the integrity of professions and businesses, loses the credibility of government and managers, and undermines law and order. Under such circumstances, the public’s confidence is inevitably undermined and social suffering, particularly in developing and emerging economies, will become an inevitable result.
