单螺杆压缩机的圆台二次包络啮合副具有较好的齿面性质,但加工星轮用的滚刀的制作较困难.通过优化刀片的位置,将有限刀片滚削时产生的凸度误差控制在允许的范围内,从而减少了刀片数,降低了镶片星轮滚刀的制作难度.给出了圆台二次包给啮合副的齿面方程、镶嵌刀片的刃口曲线、凸度误差的计算方法和刀片槽有关参数的计算.另外,还给出了一个算例.
