周围性面瘫(西医称周围性面神经麻痹)临床上比较多见,本人自1980年以来用中医“经络学说”的针刺方法配合西医药物治疗周围性面瘫30例,取得了较好效果,现报告如下:1 临床资料 30例中住院病人5例(部队军人),其他为门诊患者,所有病例门诊前未采取其他治疗措施。男性病人20例,女性10例,年龄8～60岁,平均35岁。病程1～15天,平均4天。左侧面瘫20例,右侧面瘫10例,伴有舌前2/3部位味觉障碍5例,伴有听觉过敏有2例,无痛型25例人指发病时无面部及头颅部疼痛,痛型5例。
