党的十六大报告指出,创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。由于历史和自然的原因,我省自然环境和经济发展水平,与东部沿海地区相比存在较大差距。在经济欠发达地区实现小康社会,税收将担负着更为艰巨而繁重的任务。只有抢抓机遇,求真务实,大胆创新,才能使税收工作成为促进小康社会建设的“助推器”,更好地促进国民经济和社会各项事业发展。
The report of the 16th CPC National Congress pointed out that innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity and development of a country. Due to historical and natural reasons, the province’s natural environment and economic development level, compared with the eastern coastal areas there is a big gap. To realize a well-to-do society in economically underdeveloped areas, taxation will assume a more arduous and arduous task. Only by seizing the opportunity, seeking truth and being pragmatic, and boldly innovating can we make the tax work a “booster” to promote the building of a moderately prosperous society and better promote the development of the national economy and all social undertakings.
