侵袭性NK细胞白血病(ANKL)是一种罕见的白血病,属于大颗粒淋巴细胞白血病的一种,主要见于少年和青壮年[1,2],该病发生率很低。现将本院收治1例报道如下。1病历摘要男,21岁。发热伴乏力,纳差半个月余,当普通感冒抗病毒消炎等治疗。2010-06-23晚来本院就诊。当晚体温39.8℃,全身皮肤黏膜未见出血点,巩膜黄染,未触及浅表淋巴结肿大,肝肋下4指可触及,脾脐下约4指,双肾区无扣痛。查血常规:
