目的了解江干区医疗机构的消毒工作现状,加强和规范消毒质量管理,预防和控制医院感染。方法对辖区医疗机构医护人员手、物体表面、空气、使用中消毒液和紫外线灯、器械清洗效果和医院污水进行采样检测。结果 3年总合格率为97.5%。2009-2011年度合格率分别为96.6%、99.5%和96.1%;区级及以上医疗机构、社区卫生服务中心和社区卫生服务站监测合格率分别为99.1%、96.7%和98.2%;器械潜血试验、医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液和紫外线灯、医院污水的监测合格率分别为100.0%、96.6%、98.9%、99.0%、99.5%和94.4%。结论江干区各级医疗机构总体消毒质量较好,应加强社区卫生服务中心的消毒质量管理,尤其是要加强污水的规范处理。
Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection in medical institutions in Jianggan District, to strengthen and standardize the quality control of disinfection, to prevent and control nosocomial infections. Methods The medical institutions in the area of medical staff hands, objects, air, disinfectant and UV lamps in use, cleaning equipment and hospital sewage sampling test. Results The total qualified rate of 3 years was 97.5%. The pass rates in 2009-2011 were 96.6%, 99.5% and 96.1% respectively. The pass rates of medical institutions, community health centers and community health service stations at the district level and above were 99.1%, 96.7% and 98.2% respectively. The equipment occult blood test , The hand of medical staff, the surface of the object, the disinfectant and UV lamp in use, the qualified rate of monitoring of hospital sewage was 100.0%, 96.6%, 98.9%, 99.0%, 99.5% and 94.4% respectively. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels in Jianggan District is good, and the disinfection quality management of community health service centers should be strengthened. In particular, the standardization of sewage treatment should be strengthened.
