人T淋巴细胞白血病病毒 1型 (HTLV 1)是最早发现的一种RNA肿瘤病毒。利用HTLV 1基因组长末端重复区 (LTR)或膜基因 (env)序列进行系统树分析 ,可分为C、J、WA、CA和M 5个亚型。为了解我国HTLV 1流行区毒株的主要基因型别 ,从福建莆田地区克隆出 3株HTLV 1的env基因。其序列与已知各亚型代表株进行系统树分析 ,结果表明均为C亚型。首次证实了中国大陆HTLV 1C亚型的存在。该地区地处福建沿海 ,近几个世纪以来对海外人口迁徙频繁。这一地区HTLV 1C亚型的存在是否与目前全球性C亚型的分布有关 ,值得进一步研究。
Human T-lymphotrophic virus type 1 (HTLV 1) was one of the earliest discovered RNA tumor viruses. Phylogenetic tree analysis using the HTLV 1 genome long-terminal repeat (LTR) or membrane gene (env) sequences can be divided into C, J, WA, CA and M subtypes. In order to understand the main genotypes of HTLV1 endemic strains in our country, three env genes of HTLV1 were cloned from Putian, Fujian. Its sequence and the known subtypes of representative strains of phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the C subtype. For the first time confirmed the existence of HTLV subtype 1C in mainland China. The area is located on the coast of Fujian Province and has frequently migrated overseas in recent centuries. Whether the presence of HTLV subtype C in this region is related to the distribution of the current global C subtype is worth further study.
