社会的发展对建筑行业提出了更高、更新、更快的要求,现有的很多中小型建筑工程企业施工技术和管理模式多数不能适应项目质量要求,新的技术管理体系和模式迫切需要建设,本文对提高建筑工程施工技术管理水平提出了新的思路,对建筑工程技术管理发展具有一定的创新性和建设性。
