我国自2001年开始进行中小学布局调整工作,存在的主要问题有:工作实施程序不合理;忽视学生、教师的利益;教学点被大量不合理撤销。本文从教育生态学的角度分析了问题的严重性,并提出了相关建议,即遵循教育生态链法则,制订完整的布局调整工作程序;正视学生和教师的生态位,重视其利益;重视教学点限制因子的作用,合理撤并教学点。
Since 2001, China began to carry out the layout of primary and secondary schools to adjust the work, the main problems are: the implementation of the work program is unreasonable; ignore the interests of students and teachers; teaching points were unreasonably withdrawn. This paper analyzes the seriousness of the problem from the perspective of educational ecology, and puts forward some relevant suggestions, that is, following the principle of education ecological chain, formulating a complete working procedure of layout adjustment; facing the niche of students and teachers, attaching importance to their interests; Limit the role of factors, rational withdrawal of teaching points.
