1临床资料患者女,28岁。足部匐行性皮损伴痒痛20余天。40多天前患者曾去泰国旅游,20多天前右足背出现红色皮疹,略高于皮肤伴痛痒。数天后皮损在足背呈曲线状蔓延移行。曾外用碘伏和炉甘石洗剂,病情无明显好转。系统检查未见异常。皮肤科情况:右足背见条索状水肿型红斑(图1),左足跟处见水肿性红斑,红斑中心皮损有表皮破损,靠近足跟处有一黄豆粒大小丘疱疹(图2)。血WBC 6×109/L,N 0.42,嗜酸粒细胞计数
1 Clinical data Patient, 28 years old. Creeping foot lesions with itching for more than 20 days. More than 40 days ago the patient had traveled to Thailand. A red rash appeared in the right foot of the back more than 20 days ago, slightly higher than the skin with itching. A few days after the lesions in the dorsum of the curve-like migration. Had external iodine and calamine lotion, no significant improvement in condition. No abnormal system check. Dermatology: The right foot see the cord-like edema erythema (Figure 1), see the left heel edema erythema, erythematous central lesions have epidermal damage, near the heel at a bean-sized herpes mound (Figure 2).
