In this paper, SFM analysis was used to study the microscopic state of implant interface after implanting bioactive glass-ceramic into hard and soft tissues of animals. The binding forms of the three other implant materials and bone were compared. The results showed that: ① bioactive glass ceramic planting three months later, the interface can form a combination of bone. In the pores of the material, the bone-like structure formed by the growth of collagen fibers and the deposition of calcium salt crystals can be seen, and the osteoblasts on the surface of new bone are active; (2) TC_4 titanium alloy, single crystal,
