在日常的教育教学中,常常看到教师与学生之间产生激烈的冲突。冲突产生的原因暂不去讨论,单从处理师生冲突的方式来看,可以分为以下几类:①师生能互谅互让,较妥协的处理师生关系。②教师作为相对学生来说强势的一方,出现打压甚至伤害学生身体、精神等行为,导致学生成为较大受害方。③教师作为相对于社会来说弱势的一方,社会舆论、家长语言威胁等软暴力手段,甚至殴打教师的硬暴力等都对教师本人乃至学校产生极大的伤害和不良影响。以上三种情况,无论产生哪一种,都对教师、学校甚至整个教育领域产生重大的不良影响。因此,消除师生冲突的根源,正确处理师生关系,是绝大部分教师应该关注和解决的问题。
In daily education and teaching, fierce conflicts between teachers and students are often seen. The reasons for the conflict cannot be discussed for the time being. From the perspective of dealing with teacher-student conflict, we can be divided into the following categories: 1 Teachers and students can understand each other and deal with teacher-student relationships more compromises. 2 As a relatively strong student, the teacher appears to suppress or even hurt the student’s physical and mental behaviors, causing the student to become a bigger victim. 3 Teachers as a disadvantaged party relative to the society, soft violence means such as social public opinion and parental language threat, and even the hard violence of the assaulting teachers all have great harm to the teachers themselves and even schools. The above three kinds of situations, regardless of which one they produce, have major adverse effects on teachers, schools, and even the entire education field. Therefore, eliminating the root causes of teacher-student conflict and correctly handling the teacher-student relationship are issues that most teachers should pay attention to and solve.
