改革开放以来,企业为了各自生产经营的需要,投资开办了多种多样的经济实体。这些实体的开办,对企业有效利用资金实现经营多元化,解决职工子女就业,安置下岗分流人员等方面都起到了积极作用。但由于企业及其开办的经济实体都存在一些不规范的行为,从而造成部分经济实体效益甚微,极少数甚至成为企业的包袱。为了保证企业开办的经济实体能够健康发展,必须规范以下行为:
Since the reform and opening up, in order to meet the needs of their own production and operation, enterprises have invested in a wide range of economic entities.
