本文首先定义划水路线角,并以此来描述三维空间复杂的划水路线.其次,利用美国游泳生物力学专家R.E.scbleihauf的实验结果,分别对四种泳势划水推进力中升力和阻力的作用进行了深入的定最研究.研究结果表明:在蛙泳划水推进力中,升力成份占70%以上,其余三种泳势的划水推进力中,升力和阻力大致各占一半.为此,本文提出应重视加强游泳运动员横向挥臂肌肉群工作能力的训练.
