轻型木结构房屋具有节能环保、资源再生、施工方便、保温隔热和自然美观等特点,近几年来在我国得到快速发展。然而,由于我国木结构房屋的建筑材料主要依赖进口,使得建造成本居高不下,成为制约木结构房屋在我国进一步发展的重要因素。本文对采用3种不同厚度的进口OSB及国产胶合板为覆面板材的木框架剪力墙进行了单向加载下的试验研究,通过最大承载能力、刚度和延性等几方面的对比可以看出,国产胶合板具有良好的力学性能,完全可以替代进口OSB应用于轻型木结构建筑。
Light-wood houses have the characteristics of energy conservation and environmental protection, resource regeneration, construction convenience, thermal insulation and natural beauty, etc., and have been rapidly developed in China in recent years. However, due to the fact that the construction materials of China’s wooden housing mainly depend on imports, the construction cost is high, which has become an important factor restricting the further development of wooden housing in China. In this paper, three different thickness of imported OSB and domestic plywood as the cover of the wooden frame shear wall under one-way loading test research, through the maximum load-carrying capacity, stiffness and ductility and other aspects of the comparison can be seen that the domestic Plywood has good mechanical properties, can replace imported OSB used in light wood structure.
