库存材料是一个企业的储存资金,对企业的生产、发展、壮大有着至关重要的作用。然而,目前由于我国大多数企业存在着对库存材料的不科学管理,因此浪费了很多资金,甚至使企业无法正常运转。本文有鉴于此,主要研究了目前我国企业在库存材料管理上的问题,并寻找正确方法,加强其管理和控制,从而达到,节约资金,促进企业发展、壮大的目的。
Stock material is the storage capital of an enterprise and plays a crucial role in the production, development and expansion of an enterprise. However, at present, most enterprises in our country have unscientific management of stock materials, thus wasting a lot of money and even making the enterprises unable to operate normally. In view of this, this paper mainly studies the current problems of Chinese enterprises in inventory material management, and finds the correct way to strengthen its management and control so as to achieve, save funds and promote the development and expansion of enterprises.
