听课是教学“六认真”工作中的一项重要内容,自然成为学校正常的业务活动,但仍有部分教师对它不是很重视。事实上听课,它集管理、指导、交流、激励、协调、沟通为一体,是最直接、最具体、最有效的研究课堂教学的一种方法和手段,也是教师成长的助推剂。它应与教师的反思、教研紧密结合,是教师接受新的课堂教学理念和提高课堂教学效率的重要途径。教师听课虽然不需像上课那样精心策划、严密组织,但是要听出特点,抓住实质,评出水平,充分发挥听课的多功能性,就需要在听课中准确定位。
