清代延续了前代“微言大义”阐释模式的学术传统,俞陛云“微言大义”词学观的阐释模式既是对词学批评传统的继承,也与清代常州学派今文经学的复兴趋势密不可分。俞氏在重视词的艺术性的同时,将解释经文的“微言大义”与重视诗歌功能的“诗教”传统融入到词评中,对词作进行了开创性阐释,并形成了以众芳、华服释品性才华,以儿女情长释君臣之义,以哀怨之景释宗国之思等阐释模式,这在词学史上具有突破性的意义。同时,俞氏“微言大义”词学观阐释模式旨在深入挖掘词作的深层含义,这和俞氏家风家教传统以及晚清的社会局势有着密切联系,具有鲜明的
