我院1983年1月至1985年10月,试用小剂量利多卡因宫颈表面麻醉,结合优选负压进行人工流产100例,取得较满意效果,现报道如下。资料与方法:本文人流受术者均选自本院节育门诊和病房,用药组及对照组各100例,两组初孕均为54例。经孕均为46例(包括经产20例)。本组均为电吸引术,吸宫负压定为满7周者380～400,8～10周者410～500,两组病人均扩宫口1～2.5号,吸头6～7号。用药组
Our hospital from January 1983 to October 1985, trial of low-dose lidocaine cervical surface anesthesia, combined with the preferred negative pressure for abortion 100 cases, to obtain more satisfactory results are reported below.
