目的建立液相色谱-串联质谱检测水果中甲维盐残留的方法,并对提取溶剂、净化条件、流动相进行了优化。方法试样经乙腈提取,C18固相萃取小柱净化后,用液相色谱串联质谱测定。结果甲维盐在1~20μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99,在基质样品中添加0.1、0.2、1.0μ.g/kg 3个水平药物,其回收率在73.9%~84.2%之间,相对标准偏差3.86%~7.53%,方法检测限为0.05μg/kg。结论该方法可靠、稳定,可满足水果中甲维盐残留检测与确证需要。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of carvedilol residues in fruits by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS). The extraction solvents, purification conditions and mobile phase were optimized. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with C18 solid phase extraction cartridge, and then determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that the linear range of 1 ~ 20μg / L was good with the correlation coefficient greater than 0.99. The drug recovery of the three samples were 73.9% ~ 84.2% The relative standard deviation was 3.86% ~ 7.53%. The detection limit was 0.05μg / kg. Conclusion The method is reliable and stable, which can meet the needs of detection and confirmation of the residue of carbaryl in fruit.
