天津地区为水型地方性氟病区。已有大量研究指导证实,氟摄入量过多,对人体健康可造成多方面的损害。目前国内外采用多种措施进行防治。其目的为减少人群氟摄入,而尿氟合量可提示人体摄入氟的水平。本研究对三种不同饮水区9~14岁儿童尿氟含量进行了观察,以探讨采取防治措施后人群氟负荷水平。
Tianjin is a water-based endemic fluorosis. There has been a large body of research guidance that confirms that excessive fluoride intake can have many detrimental effects on human health. Currently using a variety of measures at home and abroad for prevention and treatment. Its purpose is to reduce fluoride intake in the population, and urinary fluoride can prompt the body to take fluoride levels. In this study, urinary fluoride levels in children aged 9-14 years in three drinking water areas were observed to investigate the level of fluoride load in population after taking control measures.
