目前,国外兴起了一种新的健身观念和方法——交替运动。它可以使人体各系统生理功能交替进行锻炼,是提高自我保健能力的一种新的理论和措施。交替运动主要包括以下几个方面:体脑交替要求人们一方面可以进行跑步、打球等体力锻炼,另一方面也不忘选择看书、写作、下棋等脑力锻炼 At present, a new concept and method of fitness has emerged in other countries - alternation movement.
