新乡化工总厂始建于1954年,建厂之初,只有7个工人,8个干部,从回收的废金属中提炼金属铅。1958年由新乡市北郊迁到现址时,只有一盘石碾,几台破鼓风机,全部家当用一辆马车拉来。经过30多年的发展壮大,企业由一个产品单一的手工业作坊,发展成以化肥催化剂、颜料和油田化学剂为主导产品的多品种的中一型综合化工企业,年产值由十几万元发展到数千万元。目前,全厂职工637名,占地面积78000平方米,拥有固定资产原值2350万元。 30多年来,我们一靠党的政策,二靠科技进步,三靠全厂职工的努力奋斗,生产经营38年无亏损。党的十一届三中全会以来,我们以改革为动力,以科技为先导,以教育为基础,以提高经济效益为中心,坚持走以质量求生存,以品种求发展,以内涵为主扩大再生产的道路,大力发展生产力,企业效益连年增长。1987年,我厂实行厂长负责制,为了适应企业由
