《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》已于1986年12月2日由第六届全国人大常委会第18次会议通过,由国家主席李先念发布命令公布,将于1987年5月1日正式实施。这是为了加强国境卫生检疫,防止传染病由国外传入或由国内传出,保护人体缝康,保障对外开放和社会主义现代化建设顺利进行的重要法律措施。国际上的卫生检疫起源于15世纪。
The “Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People’s Republic of China” was passed at the 18th meeting of the 6th NPC Standing Committee on December 2, 1986 and was promulgated by Li Xiannian, President of the People’s Republic of China. It will be officially implemented on May 1, 1987. This is an important legal measure to strengthen the health quarantine at the frontier and prevent the transmission of infectious diseases from abroad or from the Mainland, and to protect the human body from being sewn together and guaranteeing the opening to the outside world and the smooth progress of socialist modernization. International health quarantine originated in the 15th century.
