善教必须善学,善学才能善教。我校函授教育的目的是培训合格的初中教师,因此,正确认识和把握善教与善学的内在联系,在教育实践中努力做到善教善学,无论对函授教师,还是函授学员,都具有十分重要的意义。在函授教育中如何做到善教善学,本文认为应该处理好以卞五个关系。
