1982年出生,大学本科学历,当过部队班长,父母办企业,条件优越的张娟没有选择舒适生活,却把人生的理想安插在了农村。2009年7月1日,通过“公推直选”方式,张娟成为杭州市余杭区崇贤街道龙旋村党委书记。这也是余杭首位跨村任职公开选拔的村党组织书记。龙旋村有892户人家,近4000人口,由山前、山后、蔡马三个小村合并而来。28岁的张娟刚进村,村民就质疑:这小女孩会做农村工作吗?能不能干得好?在村里能干多久?
