本文对自然发生的亚洲玉米螟的一代越冬型和二代越冬型的滞育后发育历期和临界光周期等进行了初步研究。结果表明,在26℃、16小时光照条件下,一代越冬幼虫的滞育后发育历期是:雌虫54.88±1.14天,雄虫53.59±1.42天.二代越冬幼虫的滞育后发育历期是:雌虫28.14±0.99天,雄虫28.47±1.24天。一代越冬型的冬蛹重为0.0757±0.0036克,二代越冬型的冬蛹重为0.0593±0.0021克。在26℃条件下,一代越冬型的临界光周期为14小时30分钟.二代越冬型的临界光周期为13小时40分钟。在26℃、15.50小时光照条件下,一代越冬型的发育历期是:幼虫17.7284±0.2664天,蛹8.3276±0.9930天,二代越冬型的发育历期是:幼虫15.9500±0.2235天,蛹重7.7129±O.1102天.经分析认为,公主岭地区自然发生的亚洲玉米螟存在一化性类型和二化性类型,这两种化性类型具有明显的差异,可以区分开.对此项内容的深入研究有助于解决亚洲玉米螟大发生预测预报和综合防治的疑难问题。
In this paper, we first conducted a preliminary study on the diapause developmental duration and critical photoperiod of naturally occurring Asian corn borer, the overwintering type and the second generation overwintering type. The results showed that the developmental durations of diapause of overwintering larvae were: females 54.88 ± 1.14 days and males 53.59 ± 1.42 days under the condition of 26 ℃ and 16 hours light. The diapause duration of the second generation overwintering larvae was 28.14 ± 0.99 days for females and 28.47 ± 1.24 days for males. The overwintering winter pupa weight was 0.0757 ± 0.0036g, and the second generation overwintering winter pupa weight was 0.0593 ± 0.0021g. The critical photoperiod of a generation of overwintering type was 14 hours and 30 minutes at 26 ° C. The second generation overwintering type of the critical photoperiod of 13 hours and 40 minutes. Under the condition of 26 ℃ and 15.50 hours of illumination, the developmental history of the overwintering type of generation was: larvae 17.7284 ± 0.2664 days and pupa 8.3276 ± 0.9930 days. According to the analysis, there is one type of maize and one type of maize occurring naturally in the Gongzhuling area. The two types of maize have obvious differences and can be distinguished from each other. In-depth study of this content will help to solve the difficult problem of forecasting and comprehensive prevention and treatment of Asian corn borer.
