纸浆应变流速仪(简称流速仪)是根据流体力学原理和应变电测技术去测量流体流速的。理论和实践都证明,流体流速(V)的变化可以通过传感器的弹性元件转换为应变(ε)变化,它们之间的关系用方程式V=dε~(0.5)表达。设计合理的悬臂式传感器,结构简单,反应灵敏,不挂浆,适于测量浓度低于1.0%纸浆流速的瞬时值和时均值,测量信号能自动记录,便于数据处理。应变流速仪是研究纸料流场速度分布的可靠手段。
Pulp strain flow meter (referred to as the meter) is based on fluid mechanics and strain measurement technology to measure the fluid velocity. Both theory and practice prove that the variation of the fluid velocity (V) can be transformed into the change of strain (ε) through the elastic element of the sensor. The relation between them is expressed by the equation V = dε ~ (0.5). The design of a reasonable cantilever sensor, simple structure, responsive, not hanging pulp, suitable for measuring the concentration of less than 1.0% of the instantaneous value of pulp flow velocity and time mean, the measurement signal can be automatically recorded for data processing. Strain velocity meter is a reliable method to study the velocity distribution of paper flow field.
