社会经济结构制约着社会经济生活、政治生活和精神生活,并决定着整个社会面貌,只有协调经济利益关系,才能建立真正的和谐社会。本文从这一观点出发,重点分析了当前和今后一个时期我国面临的劳资关系、贫富差距和行业垄断等主要经济利益关系,并提出从以下5个方面处理和协调经济利益关系,构建和谐社会:以三个代表重要思想作为处理经济利益关系的根本原则和指导方针;营造一个公平竞争的社会经济环境;改革工会体制,转变工会职能;建立科学合理的收入分配机制和利益制衡机制;充分运用税收等经济杠杆调节收入分配。
Socio-economic structure restricts the social and economic life, political life and spiritual life, and determines the overall social outlook. Only by coordinating economic interests can we establish a truly harmonious society. From this point of view, this paper focuses on analyzing the relationship between the labor and capital, the gap between the rich and the poor and the industry monopoly that China is facing at present and in the coming period. It also proposes to deal with and coordinate the economic interests and establish a harmonious society from the following five aspects : Take the Three Represents as the Fundamental Principles and Guidelines for Handling Economic Interests; Create a Fair Socio-economic Environment; Reform the System of Trade Unions; Change the Functions of Trade Unions; Establish a Scientific and Reasonable Mechanism for Income Distribution and Interest Balancing; Make Full Use of Economic Leveraged Tax Regulates Income Distribution.
