目的探讨涂胶岗位通风柜对有机溶剂作业环境中的工人的保护作用。方法采用现场调查的方法对通风柜开启前后空气中的毒物浓度进行监测。结果车间空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯等有机溶剂浓度均未超标,但是同时应该考虑有机溶剂的联合作用(k总=1.1>1.0),且通风柜开启后其浓度低于通风前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通风柜能有效地降低有机溶剂的浓度,对于保护工人的健康有一定的作用。
Objective To explore the protective effect of adhesive fume hood on workers exposed to organic solvent. Methods The concentration of poison in the air before and after the opening of the fume hood was monitored by field investigation. Results The concentrations of benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene and other organic solvents in the air of the workshop were not exceeded. At the same time, the combined effect of organic solvents (k = 1.1> 1.0) should be considered, and the concentration of fume hood was lower than that before ventilation , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Fume hoods can effectively reduce the concentration of organic solvents and have a certain effect on the protection of workers’ health.
