科学技术是增强国家竞争力和促进经济增长的关键因素,R&D的经费投入是保证科学技术发展的基础,也是经济增长的内在源泉,但是它在多大程度上影响经济的发展还需要进一步的研究。本文基于河南省1990~2006年的投入产出数据,运用C-D生产函数,采用两步分解的方法定量分析R&D投入对经济增长的影响。第一步测算出全要素生产率(TFP)对国民经济增长的贡献率,第二步测算R&D投入对TFP的贡献率,从而进一步定量揭示R&D投入对经济增长的促进作用并进行讨论。
Science and technology are the key factors to enhance national competitiveness and promote economic growth. The funding of R & D is the basis for guaranteeing the development of science and technology as well as the intrinsic source of economic growth. However, the extent to which it affects economic development still needs further study. Based on the input-output data of Henan Province from 1990 to 2006, this paper uses the C-D production function and the two-step decomposition method to quantitatively analyze the impact of R & D investment on economic growth. The first step is to calculate the contribution rate of total factor productivity (TFP) to national economic growth. The second step is to measure the contribution rate of R & D investment to TFP so as to further quantify and discuss the contribution of R & D investment to economic growth.
