慢性支气管炎、肺气肿病患者常于秋冬因好发上呼吸道感染而致病情加重。因此如能预防患者冬季上呼吸道感染常可使病情稳定,减轻病人痛苦。我们想到左旋咪唑一般被认为能增加免疫反应,有用于配合治疗慢性感染。左旋咪唑为左旋四咪唑,左旋体与右旋体各半的混旋体即为“驱虫净”。虽其活性仅及左旋体之半,但“驱虫净”药源较为丰富,价格便宜,因此,我们试用“驱虫净”来预防慢性支气管炎(包括肺气肿、肺心病)患者的上呼吸道感染。现将初步结果,报告如下。
