随着改革开放的不断深入,新疆生产建设兵团各农牧团场的经济得到迅速发展和繁荣,职工生活水平迅速提高,居住环境有了较大的改观,“小康不小康,关键看住房”。兵团170多个农牧团场掀起了大规模的以小康连队建设为主要内容的建设热潮,使兵团农牧团场小城镇建设出现了前所未有的发展势头。 小城镇建设的成就令人振奋,但存在的问题也应引起重视,从整体看,兵团农牧团场小城镇建设与发展还相对落后,普遍存在一些需要认真研究和亟待解决的问题。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the economy of all the farms and herdsmen’s associations of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has witnessed rapid development and prosperity. The living standard of the workers and staff members has rapidly risen and the living environment has been greatly improved. “Well-off society is not well-to-do and the key is to look at housing.” Corps more than 170 farming herd circles set off a large-scale construction of well-to-do company as the main content of the construction boom, so that Corps farming and pastoral areas of small town construction has emerged an unprecedented momentum of development. The achievements made in the construction of small towns are exhilarating. However, the existing problems should also be taken seriously. On the whole, the construction and development of small towns in the Corps’ agriculture and pastoral circles are still relatively backward. There are some problems that need to be seriously studied and are in urgent need of solution.
